Task 1 | Create an Empathy Map & define the problem statement


Week 1 (25/09/2024)

We are briefed about our upcoming assignments, on which we will work in groups with students from Taylor's Business School (TBS). We made groups during online class sessions.

We randomly picked the numbers that were given by Ms. Lilian and we got the project called NutriCup which is a cup noodle brand that aims to revolutionize the cup noodle market by introducing healthier, tasty, and affordable cup noodles with collagen-infused broth.

We had to have a meeting with TBS group to get more and deeper info about the NutriCup so we had meeting a day after first class.

After the meeting, we decided to work on task 1 and task 2 (we didn't know we had to do only task 1 for that time). We decided to put everything in google doc first instead of making slides so we can get feedbacks in next consultation and avoid any extra work.

Week 2 (02/10/2024)

On our online consultation with Ms Lilian, we basically shared about the meeting we had with TBS group such as what they want from us and timeline etc. We also shared our progress on the task 1,2 and empathy map. Also this was when she told us we were supposed to work on only task 1. She also told us about first task submission and presentation that we have to make 2 slides, one is for task 1 project document and the other one is for presentation.

So we listed up what we had to have for presentation slides and divided work. I decided to work on competitor analysis.

Week 3 (09/10/2024)
This week, we had to present our work to Ms Lilian and the whole class. 
Some of our presentation's feedback from Ms Lilian:
・We didn't do enough competitor research

After the presentation, We had a consultation session with Ms Lilian. We presented our progress on logo and mascot and got some feedbacks.

Some feedback from Ms Lilian:
・We shouldn't keep coming back to tbs team and show them progress bc they gonna have always have something to say so sometimes we should just show refined design.
